Ok, so at the section track meet, I didn't place in the 300m hurdles, (I still managed a PR though) and I got 5th place in the pole vault (also a PR!).  Only the first 2 places go to state, but I honest to God didn't want to go to state.  I just wanted to be close... like 3rd place.  Not to put words in your mouth, but you're 'prolly thinking: "now isnt't that the main goal, to go to state?"  Well, tecnically it is, but that day would not've worked out for me.  State is the 10th of June, and the whole night of the 9th into the morning of the 10th is our senior party, and if I was competeing in state, then I'd have to leave early.  And do you know what else is the 10th?! The Alanis Morissette concert at the Orphium and guess who has tickets!!!  :-D ME!!!! OMG I LOVE Alanis!!!! And do you know who got me the tickets?! hehe Aaron!!! For our 6 month anniversary!!!!!!!!! OMG I LOVE Aaron!!! LOL I'm SoOoOoOoOoOooooOooOoOooooOOOOOoooo

incredibly excited!!!! Even more excited than I was for the section track meet!  You guys have NO idea how incredibly extatic I am!! I'm about to burst!!  Oh! and you know what's even cuter?? He came to my track meet, AND the card he gave me with the tickets inside, he made himself and it was very cute!! "Ma! I think I struck oil!!!"  :-P  *sigh* I really gotta go to bed (not like i'll be able to sleep... but maybe I should try)  ttyl!w/love, Becca
